Luxury Bathroom Suite
Greenwich, SE10
The Challenge
The client wanted a high-end refresh but they didn't know what styles would work within their strict budget. The space needed a complete transformation without the budget for a structural overhaul.
The Solution
We took the creative lead, designing a layout that utilized the existing plumbing infrastructure to save costs. This allowed us to reallocate budget towards premium finishes. We brought in our specialist commercial tilers to ensure millimetre-perfect alignment. We added custom niche lighting and matte black fixtures to elevate the feel from 'standard' to 'luxury spa'.
Kitchen Installation
Blackheath, SE3
The Challenge
The client needed new units and solid wood worktops fitted, but without ripping everything out. We also needed to organize different trades to make sure the gas and water were sorted safely.
The Solution
We handled the full installation of the units and worktops. We used our commercial specialist for the tiling to make sure it was perfect, and a certified Gas Safe engineer to install the hob. We also took care of all the sink plumbing.
Shower Fitment and Tiling

The Challenge
This was one of our earlier jobs. The client simply wanted a standard, reliable shower fitment and fresh tiling to update the look of their bathroom.
The Solution
We stripped out the old unit and installed a new, high-quality mixer and rail. We focused on getting the tiling crisp and clean to give the bathroom a fresh, modern lift.
Commercial Plumbing
Woolwich, SE18
The Challenge
This was a massive job for a new housing development in Woolwich. We needed to install all the plumbing for over 100 new properties, including the underfloor heating and all the bathroom fittings.
The Solution
I was entrusted with soldering the massive commercial copper pipes—technical work that's only left to the best plumbers on the team. We managed the full fit-out, from the heavy-duty infrastructure to the final sinks, toilets, and showers.
Space-Saving Bathroom Transformation
South East London
The Challenge
This was a complex overhaul involving a full rip-out. We discovered bad previous plumbing hidden under the floor and behind the bath which was wasting significant space. The goal was to reclaim this space and modernise the layout.
The Solution
We lifted the floorboards and completely re-routed the plumbing to run efficiently through the floor. By replacing the bulky bath with a sleek shower enclosure and optimizing the pipework, we reclaimed enough room to install a washing machine inside the bathroom—a massive win for functionality. Our commercial tiler then finished the room to a rigorous standard.
